The Personal Data may be freely provided by the User, or, in case of Usage Data, collected automatically when using this Application.

All Data requested by this application is mandatory and failure to provide this Data may make it impossible for this Application to provide its services. In cases where information is gated, failure to provide information will result in inaccessibility of service. In cases where the Application explicitly and specifically states that some Data is not mandatory, Users are free to not consent or communicate their data and still be able to access full functionality or availability of the service in question.

The use of Cookies – or any other tracking tools utilised – by this application, or by the owners of third-party services used by this Application serves the purpose of providing the service required by the user, in addition to any purpose described in the present document, and subsequent Cookie Policy (where available).

Users are response for any third-party Personal Data which is obtained, published or shared through Application, and confirm that they have the third party’s consent to provide the Data to the Owner. Failure to consent will result in limitations of services.

The Data Controller processes the Data of Users in a proper manner and shall take appropriate security measures in line with GDPR protocol established May 2018 in order to prevent illegal and unauthorised access, disclosure, modification, or unauthorised destruction of data.

All Data Processing is carried out using Laptop Computers, and/or IT-enabled tools following organisational procedures and modes strictly related to the purpose indicated. All data collection will be encrypted and secured using relevant cyber security technology in order to prevent unlawful access. In addition to the Data Controller, in some cases, the Data may be accessible to certain types of people in charge, involved with operation of the site and associated activities (administration, sales, marketing, legal, system administration). For all internal members of staff, Boss to Boss assures that the relevant vetting has been taking for GDPR compliance. Furthermore, a full record of all staff members qualified to access this Data is managed internally by the Data Controller. Furthermore, external parties (3rd part technical service providers, mail carriers, hosting providers, IT companies, communication agencies) appointed, if necessary, as Data Processors by the Owner. The updated list of these parties may be requested from the Data Controller at any time.


The Data is processed at the Data Controller’s operating offices and in any other places where the parties involved with the processing are located. For further information, please contact the Data Controller.

Retention Time

The Data is kept for the time necessary to provide the service requested by the User, or stated by the purposes outlined in this document, and the User can always request that the Data Controller suspend, amend, or remove the data.

The Data concerning the User is collected to allow the Owner to provide its services, and associated Third Party services, as well as for the following purposes: Analytics and Contacting the User.

Google Analytics is a web analysis service provided by Google Inc. (“Google”). Google utilises the Data collected to track and examine the use of this Application, to prepare reports on its activities and share them with other Google services.

Google may use the Data collected to contextualise and personalise the ads of its own advertising network.

By filling in the contact form with their Data, the User authorises this Application to use these details to reply to requests for information, quotes or any other kind of request as indicated by the form’s header. It also allows the relevant data to be shared with relevant 3rd parties in accordance to Boss to Boss’s operations.

Personal Data collected: Address, Email address, First Name, Last Name and Phone Number.


This type of service makes it possible to manage a database of email contacts, phone contacts or any other contact information to communicate with the User. This database is jointly managed between The Insight Group.

These services may also collect data concerning the date and time when the message was viewed by the User, as well as when the User interacted with it, such as by clicking on links included in the message.


MailChimp is an email address management and message sending service provided by The Rocket Science Group, LLC.

The User’s Personal Data may be used for legal purposes by the Data Controller, in Court or in the stages leading to possible legal action arising from improper use of this Application or the related services.

The User declares to be aware that the Data Controller may be required to reveal personal data upon request of public authorities. Boss to Boss confirm compliance with all data in accordance to the 2018 GDPR Laws.


In addition to the information contained in this privacy policy, this Application may provide the User with additional and contextual information concerning particular services or the collection and processing of Personal Data upon request. This information is jointly managed between The Insight Group.


For operation and maintenance purposes, this Application and any third-party services may collect files that record interaction with this Application (System logs) or use for this purpose other Personal Data (such as IP Address).

Users have the right, at any time, to know whether their Personal Data has been stored and can consult the Data Controller to learn about their contents and origin, to verify their accuracy or to ask for them to be supplemented, cancelled, updated or corrected, or for their transformation into anonymous format or to block any data held in violation of the law, as well as to oppose their treatment for any and all legitimate reasons. An update log will be managed internally in regards to Privacy Policy, or Cookie Policy updates. If a User objects to any of the changes to the Policy, the User must cease using this Application and can request that the Data Controller remove the Personal Data.
