Here’s a clue – it ISN’T something remarkable about their strategy. They don’t have some killer insight that’s allowing them to do something no other agency is.

It’s this – they’ve identified their priority channel and then executed relentlessly week after week, month after month, year after year.

No exceptions. No turning it off when they get too busy or becoming distracted by something new and shiny on the periphery (usually in the shape of an emerging social channel).
